Malaysia

We ship across Malaysia for a flat shipping fee of MYR 10. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.

International

We do ship internationally. However, the shipping rate depends on the destination. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and carrier-related fees. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges, Returns and Refund

All skincare sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available in the event the product received is faulty. You may drop us a mail at hello@bymirs.co along with your order number and attachment proof within 7 working days of receiving your parcel(s) and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
